Warranty Terms & Conditions

The warranty does not cover:

• Physical damage, accidental damage, dents, cracks, or mishandling.
• Liquid or water damage.
• Damage caused by fire, power surge, electrical fluctuations, or natural disasters.
• Issues caused by third-party software, viruses, malware, or unauthorized operating system/software installations.
• Screen (LCD/LED/Display) defects or damage.
• Speaker defects or damage.
• Battery performance degradation or reduced backup time.
• Cosmetic wear and tear.
• Damage resulting from unauthorized repair, modification, or opening of the device by any third party.

General Terms

• Warranty is valid only upon presentation of the original purchase invoice.
• Products must not be opened or repaired by any unauthorized service center during the warranty period.
• SelOld.com reserves the right to repair or replace defective parts with equivalent refurbished or compatible parts.
• Warranty does not include data recovery. Customers are advised to maintain backups of their important data.
• Transportation or courier charges, if applicable, shall be borne by the customer unless otherwise agreed.
• Warranty is non-transferable and is valid only for the original purchaser.

Warranty Coverage

• Total Warranty: 6 Months
• Battery and adapter are covered for 3 months from the date of purchase.
• Battery backup or battery running time is not covered under warranty. Carries standard backup between 1.5 to 4hr depends on model to model
• Battery replacement will be provided only in case of complete battery failure (battery not detected or not functioning at all).
