1. Order Cancellation
a) Cancellation Before Booking of Shipment from Delivery Partner
- To request cancellation, contact us immediately via phone or email.
- If cancelled before booking of shipment from the delivery partner, a full refund will be initiated.
b) Cancellation After Booking of Shipment from Delivery Partner
- Orders cancelled after booking of shipment will be treated as a return.
- Shipping and handling charges (if any) may be deducted from the refund.
- Refusal to accept delivery without a valid reason may attract reverse shipping charges.
2. Returns & Refund Eligibility
Since Selold.com deals in refurbished and pre-owned electronics, returns are accepted only under the following conditions:
- Product is dead on arrival (DOA)
- Product received is different from what was ordered
- Product has major functional defects not mentioned on the product page
Returns are not accepted for:
- Minor cosmetic issues (scratches, dents, discoloration)
- Change of mind or personal preference
- Software issues or OS-related problems
- Damage caused after delivery
- Physical or liquid damage
3. Return Request Process
- Customers must raise a return request within 24 hours of delivery.
- Proof such as an unboxing video or clear images may be required.
- Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.
4. Inspection & Approval
- All returned products will undergo quality inspection.
- If the product passes inspection, the return will be approved.
- If the issue is not found or the product is damaged by the customer, the return may be rejected.
5. Refund Process
- Approved refunds will be initiated within 5–7 business days after inspection.
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
- Bank or payment gateway processing time may vary.
6. Replacement Policy
- Replacement may be offered instead of a refund, subject to product availability.
- If a replacement is not available, a refund will be processed.
7. Non-Refundable Charges
- Shipping or delivery charges (if applicable)

- COD handling charges (if any)
8. Buyback / Sell Orders Refund
- Payments for devices sold to Selold.com will be processed after physical inspection.
- If the declared condition does not match the actual condition, the quoted price may be revised or the order cancelled.
9. Delayed or Failed Refunds
- Check with your bank or payment provider.
- Contact us with your order ID and payment details.
10. Policy Amendments
